Girls Patagonia retro X fleece zip-up jacket in size 4t fits up to 5t, in my opinion. We love these jackets and get one in every size perfect for the carseat. Excellent used condition, no call outs, and was hung to dry when washed. Bought new, and my daughter used it for one season.
